The checkout and brand-specific terms define what you are buying. These company terms provide the common legal foundation.

1. Company and acceptance

Absolutely Absurd, LLC (“we,” “us” or “the company”) operates digital products, websites and services under multiple brand names. By using a company-operated product or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and the product-specific terms shown before purchase. You must be legally able to enter the transaction or have permission from a parent or guardian who accepts the terms for you.

2. Brand and product-specific terms

Each offer must identify its brand, price, currency, core deliverables and material purchase conditions. A brand may publish additional terms covering delivery, cancellations, refunds, subscriptions, licences, user submissions or acceptable use.

The current StreamerToolkits Founding Stream Rescue is governed by the StreamerToolkits product terms, including its exact service scope, intake process and refund policy.

If product-specific terms conflict with these company terms, the product-specific terms control for that product’s scope, delivery, cancellation and refund conditions. These company terms control everything else unless applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Payments and billing identity

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another identified provider. Your receipt or statement may show Absolutely Absurd, LLC even when the product uses a separate brand name. You authorize the displayed one-time or recurring charge only on the schedule and at the price shown at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. Taxes, currency conversion and payment-provider fees may apply where disclosed or required.

4. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

The product page, checkout and product-specific terms describe how and when the product is delivered and the applicable cancellation or refund policy. Contact support promptly if delivery information is missing or inaccessible.

Nothing in these terms limits a refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use a company product to break the law, harm others, bypass security, distribute malware, interfere with service operation, scrape protected systems, impersonate another person or submit material you are not entitled to use. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the company or a third party.

6. Your material

You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant the company a limited permission to access, process and reproduce that material only as needed to provide, secure and support the requested product or service. Product-specific terms may describe additional processing required for that offer.

Never submit passwords, payment-card security codes, recovery codes, private API credentials or other secrets unless a product explicitly provides a secure and necessary method for doing so.

7. Company and brand content

The company and its licensors retain their rights in product names, designs, software, reports, templates, copy and other original materials. A purchase grants only the access or licence expressly described for that product. It does not transfer company trademarks, source code or reusable production assets.

8. Third-party services

Products may depend on or link to third-party platforms, payment providers, hosting services, hardware or software. Those providers operate under their own terms and can change availability or behaviour. A reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship unless we say so explicitly.

9. Results and availability

Unless a product-specific guarantee says otherwise, tools, recommendations and services are provided without a promise of a particular commercial, audience, performance or compatibility result. Temporary interruptions and third-party changes can occur. You remain responsible for testing changes, preserving backups and deciding whether a recommendation is appropriate.

10. Reasonable limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the company is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of a product, a third-party service or a customer’s implementation decision. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as products or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version; a material change applies prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Questions, billing concerns and legal notices can be sent through company support.
