1. Accepting these terms
By using StreamerToolkits, joining research or relying on an existing legacy order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms for you.
2. Current availability
Output Check is private-alpha research. Stream Ready Verified and Expert Rescue are planned founding offers whose checkout is closed. Joining research creates no purchase, entitlement, subscription, guaranteed invitation or promise of a release date. Descriptions marked planned, target or research may change after testing.
3. Legacy $39 service scope
The retired Founding Stream Rescue remains owed to customers who completed payment before checkout was disabled. It is one custom, human-reviewed digital audit—not instant software—and includes review of up to 60 minutes from one accessible VOD and one usable OBS Project log URL or complete OBS log file, followed by:
- Three to five high-impact technical or watchability findings.
- Evidence-linked fixes ranked by likely impact and effort.
- Three timestamped clip opportunities with edit briefs, not finished videos.
- A seven-day repair and next-stream plan.
Existing orders receive their report by email within three business days after accepted intake. Anything outside that scope requires a separate written agreement.
4. What happens for an existing legacy checkout
A Stripe receipt confirms the existing payment and reserves one audit; payment alone does not start review. The checkout-linked intake requests the name and address used at checkout, one accessible VOD, one usable OBS Project log URL, the problem to diagnose and the next-stream goal. We verify the checkout before accepting those materials, match them to the paid order and check that they are usable.
We email when the intake is accepted and state the calendar due date. Analysis begins when we send the review-started email. We deliver the finished written report to the purchase email within three business days after intake acceptance. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
If a link expires, permissions block access or required material is missing, we will explain what needs to be corrected. The delivery clock begins only after we can access a complete intake.
5. Legacy payment, cancellation and refunds
For an existing order, Stripe collected one $39 USD charge. The purchase is not a subscription and does not include lifetime access to Output Check, Stream Ready Verified, Expert Rescue or another future product.
- Before analysis starts: request cancellation before we send the review-started email and we will issue a full refund.
- No complete intake: if we do not receive a complete intake within 30 calendar days of purchase, we may close the order and issue a full refund. If submitted evidence is missing or inaccessible, we will allow at least seven calendar days to correct it before closing the order.
- Duplicate charge: we will refund a verified accidental duplicate charge.
- Outside the service scope: if we cannot review the submitted material within the stated scope, we will issue a full refund unless you accept another resolution in writing.
- Delay caused by us: if we cannot meet the confirmed delivery date for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund before delivery or accept a revised delivery date.
- After analysis starts: the charge is normally non-refundable for a change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction because custom human review time has been committed.
If the delivered report materially omits an included item, contact us within seven calendar days of delivery. We will correct the omission without charge or issue a refund if we cannot provide the promised scope.
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within five business days. Stripe, your bank or card issuer may require additional time to display the credit or reversal.
These rules do not exclude refunds, withdrawal rights, cancellation rights or remedies required by applicable law.
6. Your material and access
You confirm that you own, control or have permission to share the VOD, OBS log and other material you submit. You grant StreamerToolkits a limited permission to access and process that material only to provide and support the purchased audit.
Do not submit passwords, stream keys, recovery codes, private API credentials or material that you are not entitled to share.
7. Future Stream Ready products
Output Check, Stream Ready Verified and Expert Rescue are separate products in research or development. Descriptions marked planned, target, research or private alpha are previews, not a promise that every feature will launch unchanged or by a particular date. Joining research does not create a subscription or charge.
Before any paid offer opens, final features, price, billing type, compatibility, included human help, delivery, refund and cancellation rules will be shown. A legacy purchase includes no future product or lifetime access unless a later written offer expressly says otherwise.
8. No performance guarantee
The free tools and legacy paid audit provide diagnostic and editorial recommendations, not guaranteed outcomes. We do not guarantee more viewers, followers, revenue, sponsorships, platform distribution, uninterrupted streams or compatibility with every device and service. You remain responsible for testing changes safely and maintaining backups of known-good settings.
9. Free tools and third-party services
Free tool results are informational and may be incomplete when the input, browser test or log does not contain enough evidence. References to OBS Project, Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Cloudflare, Stripe or hardware brands do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.
10. Reasonable limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StreamerToolkits is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, a third-party platform or implementation of a recommendation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions, cancellation requests or refund requests can be sent to hello@streamertoolkits.com from the email used at checkout when applicable.
