Passed requires sufficient evidence for every required supported check. Missing cues, unsupported routing, decode failure or contradictory evidence cannot become a pass.

The private alpha must safely connect to authenticated local OBS, start and stop only its own recording, analyze the exact output file, preserve credentials locally, and return uncertainty instead of guessing.
